Just before 7 am, a caller reported a woman with red hair acting very oddly on Lincoln Street.
The witness said the woman was running around and yelling and also throwing things at houses. She was last seen headed southbound. However, the woman was nowhere to be found by the time police arrived.
Later that day, a caller reported a shirtless man curled up in a ball at 9th and Offnere Street. Police took a man into custody for disorderly conduct. Per the court, he was released later in the day.
A strange woman wandered into a Grandview Avenue home without an invitation around 9:30 pm. The resident said the woman took off heading north. Police took information for a report.
Pink-Haired Gas Thief Hits the Super Quik
A repeat gasoline thief once again hit the Super Quik on the Scioto Trail.
Just before 4 pm, the store reported a pink-haired woman in a green car, put $35 worth of gas in her vehicle, and then took off.
The manager said this woman had stolen gasoline from the station in the past and that her car does not have a plate on it.
