Police responded to a drug rehab center just before 11 am for a report of people fighting.
An assaulted victim contacted police a few minutes clatter to claim a woman assaulted her with a crutch before fleeing the scene in a vehicle.
She did not wish to press charges but felt police should find the woman because she was intoxicated.
Officers said the woman was now barred from the facility.
Wanted Drug Trafficker Located at TCC
PPD was notified by law enforcement officials from Darke County (northwest of Dayton) that there was a man from their area who was a client of The Counseling Center. There was an outstanding drug trafficking warrant for Lee F Ware.
Based on PPD reports, TCC cooperated in helping them locate Ware. Concerned he might flee or create a dangerous situation for other clients, they did not want to alert him.
Currently, Ware is held in the Scioto County Jail without a bond pending extradition.
