A disgraced Portsmouth Judge showed even more bizarre behavior following an incident that saw him barred from Hill View Retirement Center earlier this week.
Just after 2 pm on Monday, former Judge William T. Marshall contacted Portsmouth Police to say he was in Dayton and needed a ride home. Additionally, he asked police to arrest Judge Kuhn for sitting on his bench.
When the officer refused, he told the officer they should arrest themselves and hung up the phone.
Back in 2018, Marshall was charged with professional misconduct related to his behavior when his 17-year-old daughter was pulled over for speeding and for driving with expired tags.
