1 Troubled Woman Lies Down on Church Steps to Wait for Help
Just after 3 pm, a Washington Street church pastor contacted officers to report a woman came up to their door and rang the ring camera before lying down on the steps.
The woman then lay down on the steps and would not respond to the pastor’s attempts to speak with her through the camera.
When officers arrived on the scene, she told them she wanted to talk to someone at the church. Police noted she might have mental health issues.
She then requested that officers contact Access Scioto County to pick her up. The bus came and transported the woman to her destination.
