Several inmates convicted of serious crimes are up for parole soon and the Scioto County Prosecutor wants to make sure that citizens have a chance to speak their mind about these individuals being released back into society.
1. Convicted murder Carl Coulter, who was sentenced to 15 years to life back in 1992. His parole hearing is this month and he’s eligible to be released on April 1st should parole be granted.
2. Billy James Eldridge, who was convicted of Sodomy and Murder back in 1968 will also be up for release this year with a parole review in August. The 74-year-old man has been in prison for 55 years.
3. Fredrick Earl Johnson has been in prison for almost 42 years for murder, robbery, and assault. He was sentenced to 30 to life and his parole hearing will be in September of 2023.
4. Raymond Meadows received a sentence of 15 to life for Murder in 1999. The 49 year old man will have a parole hearing in October of this year.
5. Billy Joe Ogg has his first parole hearing in April of next year after receiving 25 to life for murder, voluntary manslaughter, and involuntary manslaughter back in 1993.
6. Convicted Rapist Bobbi Pack was sentenced to 10 to life back in 2015 and her first chance at release is in February of next year.
7. Another convicted murder, Paul Daniels, Jr. will be up for parole in August of next year. He was sentenced to 30 to life back in 1993.
