Police Find Missing Man at Homeless Shelter
PPD has had some excellent luck this week finding missing people. Earlier, we told you about them locating a missing teen. Now, here’s how they located a missing adult.
Hillsboro Police contacted Portsmouth Police just before 4 pm and asked for their assistance in locating a troubled man who had recently threatened to harm himself.

PPD officers located the man at a local homeless shelter. He told officers he is bi-polar and does not know how he ended up in Portsmouth.
The man said he had no desire to harm himself, but did want to get back home. PPD officers contacted Hillsboro Police who said they would let the man’s loved ones know where he is so they could come and get him.
