Bar Fights and Disorderly Conduct
Police responded to several incidents at local bars on Saturday night.
Officers answered a call to Frank & Steins Lounge at 9 pm after witnesses said a man was threatening customers. When police arrived, they barred the man from the property.
A few minutes later, police were called to the Fishbowl on Campbell after a man refused to pay his bill and caused a disturbance. Police also barred him from the business.
Additionally, the bar reported a woman left without paying her bill and possibly took a phone. She returned later to pay the bill, and the bar said it would review security footage to decide if it wanted to press charges.
At 9 pm, officers responded to the Party Time Bar for a report of several people fighting. Officers arrested a man for disorderly conduct.
At 11:30 pm, employees at the Brew Put reported there was a drunken man in the business. He gave his keys to employees because he didn’t want to drive home, but the employees couldn’t get a taxi, and the man could not find a ride.
However, by the time officers arrived, the man had found a ride. Employees were fine with the man waiting there until someone picked him up.
At 12:35 am, police headed back to the Party Time Bar for a report of two men fighting. One of the combatants left before officers arrived.
