1. Naked Woman Spotted on Walnut Street
Just after 4:30 am, a caller reported a naked woman running around in the 3000 block of Walnut Street.
When police arrived on the scene, they discovered a woman with an open warrant and took her into custody.
Police transported her to the Scioto County Jail.

2. Overdose on 8th Street
Medics and officers responded to 8th Street just after 11 pm for a report of a man overdosing.
The man refused further medical treatment.
Just after 8 am, a man called for help saying that he was overdosing at the Royal Inn. Officers, EMS, and the rapid response team headed to the hotel.
A man and a woman in the room agreed to go into treatment.
