Just before 5 pm, multiple callers reported spotting an elderly man in a white vehicle who appeared to be in distress. They said the driver’s door was open, and he was lying on the front seat.
The Scioto County Sheriff’s Office didn’t have deputies available to get to the scene quickly, so they contacted OSP to check it out.
Shortly after, a citizen called requesting a squad. They said they found the man unresponsive but breathing in the vehicle.

A Nile Township ambulance was dispatched to the scene.
The man’s current condition is unknown.
