Officers responded to an out-of-control domestic situation at the Tim Horton’s on Chillicothe Street just after 10 p.m.
A caller contacted the police, saying someone texted them to call the police and get them to the restaurant ASAP.

When officers arrived, they learned a woman was at the restaurant with her cousin when her husband arrived and began to argue with her. At one point, witnesses said he got on top of the vehicle and caused a scene. When police arrived, they reported that the male was still atop the vehicle.
No one was injured, the vehicle was not damaged, and no one wanted to file a police report. Officers advised the woman to file a protection order if she felt threatened.
