Just before 1:30 p.m., a man contacted police to say a woman took his prosthetic leg and refused to return it.

Officers headed to the scene, but he called back a few minutes later to say she’d returned it and police were no longer needed.
Police wanted to see this thing through. They knocked on the door of the home where the incident reportedly took place, but nobody answered.
