A worried grandma contacted Portsmouth Police when she was unable to get in touch with her granddaughter. She told officers she’d called the woman’s phone twice, and both times, a strange man had answered the phone.
She said she hadn’t heard from her granddaughter recently and was worried since her granddaughter has two children.
An officer, who is also a cousin of the woman in question, managed to contact her via Facetime and confirm that everything was fine. It turned out that Grandma had the wrong phone number.
