You’d think the concept of returning your rented U-Haul truck to the lot would be fairly simple, but it seems too complex for a lot of folks out there.
Just after a midnight, employees at Tim Horton’s reported that a U-Haul had been parked behind the restaurant for some time.
When PPD contacted the rental truck company, they said the vehicle had been rented but not returned and was on their list for recovery. They said they’d send someone out to get it.
Tim Horton employees said they were okay with the truck sitting behind the building until the company could retrieve it.
