A witness contacted PPD around 5:30 pm to say a blonde woman was following a man near 4th and Washington and hitting him.
When officers caught up with the pair at 6th and Washington, the woman presented a Texas ID. They explained that they were arguing about the living conditions at the homeless shelter.

The woman admitted she shoved him, but claimed it was out of frustration with no intent to harm him. The man told officers he did not want to file any charges and that he was not injured.
Officers let them both go.
