Shots rang out before dawn on 12th Street. Neighbors said it started when they heard arguing followed by a gunshot at a house in the 1600 block.
Officers attempted to contact residents at the home where witnesses thought they heard shots but found that the people who lived there were uncooperative. However, they did find evidence related to the shooting and impounded the items. Additionally, they checked the security video from the house across the street. With no cooperation from citizens, officers simply wrote up a report about the incident.
