Officers investigated a bizarre incident involving vehicle registrations after a woman in the Speedway lot requested to speak with police.
The woman told police a young woman stopped her behind Big Lots and gave her paperwork for two car registrations belonging to a Mabert Road resident. She said the girl looked really scared and told her to give the registrations to the police.

Officers located the vehicle parked behind the Mabert Road address on the registration and spoke to the owner. Her paperwork was missing from her glove box, but she had no idea who the young woman who had taken it might be.
Police were unable to figure out what was going on.
