Bloody Man With Pants Down Frightens Minford Neighbors
Just after 4:30 am on Monday, Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies received numerous calls about a bizarre incident in the Minford area.
The first call came in at 4:38 am, when a High Street woman reported a man in her driveway screaming for help.
A second call came in two minutes later, reporting the man beating on another door. Dispatch sent an ambulance to the scene.
Several more people called from the Bond Road and High Street area. They reported the man had his pants pulled down, was bleeding, and yelling for help. They also said there was a large amount of cash on the ground.
When medical personnel arrived on the scene, they transported the man to the hospital. Officers searched the area for a possible crash. They located a vehicle on North High Street, but it was not damaged. The keys were in the car, but the battery was not working.
