Body Identified – Search For Missing Woman Ends in Tragedy
The search for a missing Ironton woman has ended in tragedy. Alicia Livingston Saul went missing near the Ohio River in Ironton back on December 8. Ironton Police asked the public to aid in the search.
Ms. Saul was known to stay at homeless shelters in Ironton or Ashland. The search came to a sad end when the Ironton Police Department announced they had identified a body discovered on the riverbank back on December 30 as Ms. Saul.
Officials say the Lawrence County Coroner found no signs of foul play during the autopsy. No cause of death was disclosed.
