Brandy Michele Summers, 40 of Rosemount, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023. She was born September 30, 1982 in Portsmouth to Brian and Jackie Puckett Summers.
Brandy was a 2001 graduate of Clay High School where she excelled in Basketball, Volleyball and Softball. She was a very kind and loving girl with a big heart who was always willing to help someone in need. She never forgot her family’s special occasions, she would always send a special message to each one of them. She also loved to quote movie lines. Along with her parents,
Brandy is survived by, what she called “ her greatest accomplishment”, her daughter, Jordan Risner, a brother Brian Keith (Tiffany) Summers, a sister Danielle Summers, 2 nieces: Lillian Summers and Emery Summers, a nephew Liam Summers along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.
