A resident of a 2nd Street apartment was surprised when she came home to find someone having a snack in her home.
She told officers she arrived home around 10 p.m. to find a neighbor inside her apartment eating her food.
Officers checked nearby apartments to make sure the woman hadn’t been snacking anywhere else.

Police took Bobbi Richards into custody for criminal trespass and booked her into the Scioto County Jail.
