Caller Reports Kids Passing Out Narcan
Just before 1:30 pm, an unusual complaint came into PPD. A caller said children were coming into the street at 17th and Kendall to pass out Narcan.
When officers arrived on the scene, they said they didn’t observe any children in the road and that the children on the scene were accompanied by several adults.
Man Shot With BB Gun on Stewart Avenue
At 11:30 pm, a Stewart Avenue caller said someone drove by in a dark car and shot a man in the leg with a BB gun.
Officers spoke to the victim, who thought the vehicle was a Malibu or an Impala. He said he would call the police if he saw the car again.
Burglar Busted in Winchester Avenue Basement
Just before 9 am, officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress on Winchester Avenue. Police detained a man in the basement, and the homeowner said it appeared someone had burned something in his backyard the night before.
Officers took Josh Skaggs into custody on the warrant and arrested him for burglary. Additionally, they confirmed an open on Melissa K. Stiltner and took her into custody as well.
