PPD responded to a report of possible child abuse just after 8:30 p.m.
A caller said her daughter received a video from a child that showed his grandmother punching him in the mouth.
Officers contacted CPS, and the agency dispatched a worker to the scene.
Both CPS and the officers took information for a report. The investigation continues.
