Sports are supposed to help teach kids how to get along and work together, but they often seem to be the source of adults getting into arguments.
The latest incident happened just after 2:30 p.m. at Minford Little League when Scioto County Deputies responded to a report of an argument involving a coach, a parent, and game officials.
Game officials threw the coach and parent out of the game, but both refused, resulting in the forfeiture of the game.
Officials told officers that they were threatened as a result. Deputies spoke with several board members and in went in search of an angry suspect.
However, the officials said they did not want to press any charges.
