Code Red – Inmates Escape from Star Justice Center
Authorities issued a Code Red, via social media, after two inmates escaped the Star Justice Center in Franklin Furnace on Saturday night.
Just after 9 pm, Scioto County Sheriff David Thoroughman reported that one of the inmates was captured by a K9 officer at the Lawrence County Line.
Still at large is Eric Perkins, who was last seen at the Lawrence County line. Sheriff Thoroughman said he would provide more information as it became available.
