Concerned Neighbors Ask For Welfare Check
Concerned neighbors on 24th Street asked officers to do a welfare check on a neighbor they hadn’t seen since July.
They said an ambulance took him to the hospital, but they hadn’t seen or heard from him since. They said they checked hospitals and were told he was not there.

The neighbors said his German Shepherd was inside barking and that it was possible that some other neighbors and gone into the home through the back door on previous occasions.
Officers heard the dog barking inside the home but said no exigent circumstances existed that would allow them to enter the residence.
