Deputies responded to a birthday party after a mom said a grown man put his hands on her son. At the same time, another caller contacted 9-1-1 to report that several parents were causing a disturbance at a birthday party.

When officers arrived on the scene, witnesses told them the woman who originally called was the aggressor and that she had already left the scene.
Deputies spoke with the woman and noted her child had no injuries. All the parties involved agreed to stay away from each other.
