A Wellston woman with a rap sheet longer than a CVS receipt is now facing felony charges for what prosecutors say she did after a 64-year-old man died of natural causes.
Brandy L. Robson, 34, was just indicted by the Jackson County Grand Jury for gross abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence in the wake of the death of Robert Brian Kent, Sr. of Jackson.
Officials haven’t released exactly what Robson is accused of doing to Kent’s body — but under Ohio law, gross abuse of a corpse is a fifth-degree felony and involves treating a human body in a way that would “outrage reasonable community sensibilities.”

Robson isn’t new to a pair of handcuffs. Her criminal history reads like a rap sheet greatest hits, including:
- Drug possession
- Theft (7 times!)
- Drug paraphernalia
- Criminal mischief
- Multiple counts of disorderly conduct
- And even domestic violence
She was busted just last year for drug charges and appears to have been in and out of court more than she’s been in her own home.
