Police arrested a couple in connection with a wild incident at the New Boston Walmart last October.
Sixx Bently and Jesse Carpenter were both booked into the Scioto County Jail on Robbery charges. The Scioto County Grand Jury indicted the pair back in October on charges of robbery, assault, and theft.
It all stemmed from an incident at Walmart where a woman was allegedly throwing a cart full of shoplifted items into a vehicle and nearly mowed down individuals and law enforcement who attempted to intervene.

This isn’t Bently’s first run-in with the law. Previous arrests include disorderly conduct, obstructing justice, resisting arrest, and failure to appear.
