Crowd of Drunks Blocks Rescue Workers in Lucasville
First responders attempting to help an injured woman in Lucasville ran into a big problem. A crowd of drunks who wouldn’t let them treat the patient.
EMTs called for help from deputies who responded to the scene. The intoxicated people cleared out of the way, and EMTs were able to take the woman to the hospital.
Assault Reported Near Whit’s Frozen Custard
Just before 9 pm, police responded to a report of an assault near Whit’s Frozen Custard. The caller said the victim was lying on the sidewalk in front of the business.
EMS and Officers responded to the scene. Police took information for a report.
Shirtless Man Spotted Breaking Into Church
Just before 11 pm, witnesses spotted a shirtless man breaking into a church on Duck Run Road. They said the man had a flashlight and was attempting to get in the back windows.
Officers caught up with a man at Colley Road and Duck Run Road. Police checked the church for damages and released the man but planned to check to see if the church had any security footage.
