David E. Meadows, 71 of West Portsmouth, died Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at his home surrounded by family. He was born February 28, 1952, in Portsmouth to the late Hubert and Delores Mershon Meadows.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother Eddie Meadows, his sister-in-law Sandra Meadows, a sister Connie Meadows, and two grandchildren, David Meadows and Gabby Hamilton.
David was retired from Taylor Lumber after 37 years.
He is survived by his fiancée of 35 years Donna Galloway, a son David (Marcella) Meadows, a daughter Louisa Meadows, a brother Ricky Meadows, 16 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
