Deadly Overdose Reported in Wheelersburg
Officers and EMS responded to Wheelersburg at 1:30 pm after a report of a possible overdose. When EMS personnel arrived on the scene, they determined that the victim was deceased.

Deputies contacted the Coroner’s Office, and they sent a transport to take possession of the deceased.
EMS returned to the home a few hours later when it was reported that a family member who had discovered the deceased was not breathing. However, the family member was alert and breathing by the time first responders arrived.
