Deputies lent a hand to a foster family trying to help out a child in a tough spot.
Just before 4 pm, they received a request to meet the foster parents, who were hoping to get into the child’s home to retrieve some of the child’s belongings.
However, both of the child’s parents were in jail, and there was no one to give them permission to go into the house.

Deputies advised the foster parents to contact CPS to attempt to get permission to enter the home and then try again another time.
