Deputies responded to a Wheelersburg home to check on the living conditions of some small children.
A worried caller told them the three children were living in a home with no running water for the toilet and electricity supplied by an extension cord from another house.
The caller also said the children had been wearing very dirty clothes and had not bathed in some time. Additionally, due to a court order, the children’s father had not been in the home for some time.

Deputies responded to the scene and said the children seemed to be okay and that they were assured arrangements were being made to restore water to the home.
