Officers took a man into custody after he crashed a truck into a utility pole on Waller Street.
Police responded to the scene at 3:30 p.m. and took the driver into custody and arranged to have the vehicle towed.
After an investigation, they charged Robert Anthony Magaw with OVI and transported him to the Scioto County Jail. This was Mcgaw’s 19th visit to the Scioto County Jail.
