Druggie Dozen – 12 Indicted for Drug Crimes
The Scioto County Grand Jury handed down indictments against a dozen individuals for drug charges during its latest session.
Joshua McCallister, 47, of McDermott, faces charges of Aggravated Possession of Drugs and Illegal Use or Possession of Drugs.
Julia Maguire, 46, of Portsmouth, was indicted on charges of Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility and Aggravated Possession of Drugs. She was last arrested in early April on a domestic violence charge. That was her 14th visit to the Scioto County Jail.
Jean Garrison, 44, of Portsmouth was indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs. Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, and Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Ryan Collins, 37, of Portsmouth, was indicted on charges of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, and Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Sciotoville resident, Tiffany Royster, 29, faces a charge of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
James Kalb, 44, also of Portsmouth was indicted for Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility, Aggravated Possession of Drugs, Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, and Illegal Use or Possession of Drugs.
Eugene Doss of Peebles faces charges of Aggravated Possession of Drugs and Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments.
Jerry Risner, 66, of Lucasville was indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs, Possession of Drugs, and Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Amanda Murphy, 39, of Wheelersburg was indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs (3 Counts) and Illegal Use of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was arrested back in april for DUI.
Mark Walk, 23, of Portsmouth faces charges of Tampering with Evidence, Trafficking in a Fentanyl-Related Compound, Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, Possession of Cocaine, Possession Criminal Tools, and Illegal Use of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. His previous arrests include domestic violence, aggravated menacing, robbery, violating a protection order, and criminal damaging.
Jason Armstrong, 34, of Portsmouth, was indicted on Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility and Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
Caleb Anderson, 22, of Portsmouth was indicted for Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility. Anderson was arrested in early April for disorderly conduct and criminal damaging. It was his 27th arrest.
