A deputy ended up with a drunken handful after responding to a trespassing complaint. A resident complained there was a drunk woman yelling and screaming in their yard. The caller said the woman tried to force her way into their home.
When officers arrived on the scene, the woman began screaming at a deputy. The deputy noted she smelled of alcohol and took her into custody. Even worse, the woman had a child with her.
The child told officers he just wanted to go home to his dad. A deputy took the child home to his father, who said he was asleep and didn’t know what was happening. He gave officers the woman’s name and explained she had multiple open warrants.
Police took the woman into custody for disorderly conduct. She bit the officer’s hand while he was attempting to put a seatbelt on her and then proceeded to offer sexual favors and called him ‘daddy.’ The officer explained that his name was not Daddy, and the woman began hitting the back of the cruiser’s cage and attempting to harm herself.
She was booked into the Lawrence County Jail.
