An upset McDermott goat owner called 911 just before 6 pm to report that his neighbor’s vicious dog had struck again.

The animal had once again got into his goat pen and killed one of the man’s animals. The goat owner said deputies had advised him to set up a camera after the first attack. He followed the advice and captured the attack on video.
Officers told him to contact the Scioto County Dog Warden about the issue.
