Four Inmates Indicted for Disgusting Crime
The Scioto County Grand Jury indicted four inmates at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility for some pretty disgusting crimes. The four are all charged with harassment with a bodily substance.
Though the indictment announcement from the Scioto County Prosecutor’s Office did not specify which bodily fluid was used, inmates at correctional facilities often assault staff with urine, feces, and other bodily substances.
Indicted by the Grand Jury are:
- Andrew Coffey, 24, who is doing time on assault charges.
- Chase Mitchell, 30, who was convicted of Robbery.
- Robert Perry, who is currently incarcerated for abduction, robbery, and attempted felonious assault.
- Carl Honorable, 39, who is serving time on multiple assault charges and has been sentenced three time for harassment by an inmate.
