Fugitive Busted in Linden Avenue Traffic Stop
A late-night traffic stop on Linden Avenue led to the arrest of a wanted woman. Just before 2 am, officers stopped a vehicle in the 1300 block of Linden.
They discovered a woman with an open warrant for being a fugitive from justice in Kentucky.
Police took 33-year-old Amber Nicole Frost into custody for being a fugitive, probation violation, and driving under a suspended license.
This was Frost’s 11th visit to the Scioto County Jail, her fourth in the past year. Previous arrests included probation violation, theft, obstructing official business, drug paraphernalia, trafficking heroin, trafficking cocaine, endangering children, and domestic violence.
