Just after 11 pm, deputies responded to the Joshua Landing Apartments after a report of an apparently high man freaking out.
The caller said his relative was high on drugs, going from apartment to apartment. The man attempted to get a machete, but the relative managed to stop him. He also reported that the disturbed man had brass knuckles on him.

When officers arrived on the scene, they could not locate the suspect. The person who originally placed the call refused to talk to the police.
