Husband of Portsmouth “TikTok” Mom Now Arrested
Kimberly Polachek’s husband was implicated as a suspect in a number of the incidents based on the new information gathered from three juvenile victims.
Dusty A. Polachek, age 31, was detained without incident as a result of the discovery of new evidence. The suspect was arrested and booked into Scioto County Jail based on the new information and his interview.
In addition to three counts of Endangering Children, Polachek has been charged with three counts of Corrupting Another with Drugs, a felony of the 3rd degree, two counts of Disseminating Harmful Matter to Juveniles, a felony of the 4th degree, and one count of Importuning, a felony of the 5th degree. As of today, Polachek is being held on a $ 247,500.00 bond at the Scioto County Jail.
Law enforcement arrested Ms. Polacheck on two counts of rape and two counts of kidnapping. She is currently housed in the Scioto County Jail on nearly half a million dollars bond.
Sources told SCDN that the Polacheck’s had just received her children back from Child Protective Services.
We’re told those children are now back in the custody of CPS.
