Employees at Grandview Outlet contacted the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office to report a trashy situation at the business. They said someone went through their dumpster and threw trash all over the ground.
In addition to the dumpster divers, the business said someone was dumping their personal trash in their dumpster. In fact, that person even left some of their mail with their home address on it behind.
When officers headed to the home listed on the mail, they were told that the person no longer lived at that address.
Right before 11 pm, officers responded to a report of two men on the property at Scioto County JVS. When police got there, they found two men dumpster diving. They claimed to have permission but had no proof. Police advised them to leave.
