Kentucky Fugitive Busted After Traffic Stop
A traffic stop on 32nd Street led to the arrest of a Kentucky fugitive just after 1 am.
When officers pulled over David Smith, they learned he was considered a fugitive from justice in Kentucky. Back in August, officers arrested Smith for a Kentucky Parole violation and probation violation relating to a Scioto County crime.

Smith was also arrested twice in 2021 for being a fugitive from justice. This was his 14th arrest in Scioto County, overall.
