Kid Calls Cops When Stepdad Rages
Just after 3 am, officers responded to a Portsmouth residence when a juvenile contacted officers to report their stepfather was in the home punching things.
Police learned that the adult female in the residence had an altercation with the man earlier in the evening and had advised the oldest child in the house to call the police if the man showed up.

When officers arrived on the scene, they managed to calm everyone down. The woman wanted the man to leave the house, and he agreed. Police contacted CPS to advise them of the situation.
