Just after 2 pm, witnesses reported a young man in a red shirt and plain pajama pants tearing things up at Winterfest. Callers said he was last seen headed in the direction of Dari Crème.
Officers caught up with the young man a few minutes later and transported him to his father. They left him in the care of his parent.

Officers went in search of a runaway boy around the same time near Adams Street. Officers picked up the child and dropped him off in the care of CPS workers.
