Man Arrested for 22nd Time After Stealing Little Debbie Cakes 

A man with a long history of arrests found himself back behind bars once again after a report of a man stealing snack cakes from the Speedway on Gallia.  

Just before 10 am, witnesses reported that a man on a bicycle had stolen Little Debbie Cakes and taken off up Kendall.  

Officers caught up with Cody Stiltner in the 1600 block of Kendall and arrested him for the 22nd time on charges of falsification, possessing drug abuse instruments, theft, obstructing official business, probation violation, and theft. In addition, they arranged for City Services to pick up his bicycle.  

The 27-year-old man’s previous charges include four arrests last year on charges including multiple cases of probation violation, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and driving under suspension. 

Other arrests include charges of grand theft auto, petty theft, domestic violence, drug possession, improperly furnishing a firearm, drug possession, trafficking, and assault. 

His bail was set at $6,000.
