Steven Campbell, 29, was reported to the Kentucky State Police for sending inappropriate messages and pictures to a juvenile. A KSP Trooper was dispatched to the residence and spoke with the juvenile’s guardian.
It was determined that the juvenile and Mr. Campbell had exchanged explicit messages and pictures. Following this, the Trooper proceeded to the residence of Mr. Campbell and interviewed him before arresting him.
Campbell has been charged with using a minor by electronic means, unlawful transactions with a minor of the second degree, and distribution of obscenity to minors of the first degree.
