Just before 7 pm, a caller reported a man passed out in a white Oldsmobile at the Family Dollar.
When officers responded to the scene, they discovered a man with a long criminal record. Police took him into custody, impounded some suspicious items, and arranged to have his vehicle towed.

Police booked Michael Paul Adams into the Scioto County Jail for the 27th time on charges of drug possession and drug paraphernalia.
His previous arrests include engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, probation violation, escape, domestic violence, DUI, menacing, and receiving stolen property.
