Right before 4 am, a man who walked out of a rehab facility contacted 9-1-1 to report the staff refused to allow him to have his inhaler, and he was now having an asthma attack. He requested a rescue squad and a deputy, so he could file a complaint.
A deputy drove around the area, but was unable to locate the man. However, a few minutes later, he walked to another location because he spotted an ambulance there.
An ambulance was dispatched, but the man refused transport. Instead, officers determined he was intoxicated and took him into custody for disorderly conduct.
