Man Leaves Court, Immediately Breaks Bad
A 12th Street man who spent the day in court on menacing charges, came home and immediately started bothering his neighbors once again.
After pleading no contest to menacing charges and receiving a fine and a 30-day suspended sentence for menacing with instructions not to have any further issues or problems with the victim, he headed home and cranked up his music so loud that the neighbors called the cops again.
When officers advised him to turn the music down, he became what officers described as “extremely belligerent.” Police said they had no doubt that complaint calls would continue at this address.
Just a few hours later, officers were back at the house for another loud music complaint, but this time they brought the head of adult probation with them.
Officers took Chester McKinley into custody for probation violation and persistent disorderly conduct. This was his 25th arrest. He was picked up back on March 15 for menacing.
Previous arrests include trafficking in heroin, assault, corrupt activity, robbery, probation violation, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, persistent disorderly conduct, tampering with evidence, failure to appear, drug abuse, drug trafficking, parole violation, leaving the scene of an accident, and criminal damaging. He was immediately released per the court.
